I made these delicious cupcakes over the weekend and my orange cream cheese frosting was an absolute hit!
20 oz Cream Cheese
3 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Orange Zest
1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Makes about 4 cups of frosting.
